FAZIO, Jack E. age 57, a lifelong resident of Huntingdon Valley, passed away suddenly on September 21, 2018. Beloved husband of Cheryl (nee Kanefsky) Fazio, he is the loving father of John (Briana), Samantha and Meredith Fazio. He is the brother of Robert Fazio, Susan Nelson (Lewis), Linda Hires (Russ) and Michael Fazio (Lisa), the son of the late Annamae (Joe Granieri) and Chester Fazio, and beloved son in law of Bernard “Bud” and Eileen Kanefsky. Preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Rhonda Miller (Bruce Ehrlich).He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews and countless friends who are like family.

Married to his high school sweetheart, Cheryl, Jack was a maker and a builder who lived a life of impact and joy. A Junior Olympian water polo player, an avid skier, and a passionate sailor who talked often about the joys of sailing the British Virgin Islands, Jack enjoyed a storied career as a manager of popular malls; Montgomery Mall, The Shops at Liberty Place, Suburban Square, and The Gallery. In his spare time, Jack built a property management business, Fazio Management Group, served as President of Huntingdon Valley Athletics Association, coached youth soccer for his children and nieces and nephews, and mentored countless individuals in the community. Jack leaves behind a legacy of mentorship and kindness to everyone he knew.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Bryn Athyn Elementary School, 600 Tomlinson Rd. Huntingdon Valley, PA on Friday September 28th where seating will begin at 3:00PM for a celebration of Jack’s life beginning at 3:30 pm. The family will receive guests at a reception in the School following the service.
