Charles “Chic” Gottesman, 78, of Huntingdon Valley, PA passed away August 6, 2014 at home surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia to the late Charles and Marie Gottesman he graduated from Olney High School and later proudly served in the US Army. Mr. Gottesman founded and operated Montco Telecom in the area for many years. A member of the American Federation of Musicians, he led a small combo band called The Casuals. They performed and entertained in many local establishments. A lover of the breed, Chic was an active member of the Penn-Dutch Great Pyrenees Club as well as the American Coaster Enthusiasts. He was the beloved husband of Bea Gottesman (nee Boston) for 58 years and loving father of Linda Wilson (Eric) of New Mexico, Patti Kerrigan (Rick) of Willow Grove and Chuck (Lauren) also of Willow Grove. Grandfather of Fred, Max, Alex, Sophie, Casey, Greg and Everett. Also sadly missed by his faithful companion Skye.
