WILBUR, Herman R .a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully in his home of 63 years on Wednesday February 26, 2014. He was 88 years young. Mr Wilbur was married to the late Catherine Wilbur (nee Connelly) for 64 years. He was a wounded Marine Veteran who served in World War II and honored with a Purple Heart. He enjoyed travel especially to the condo he and his wife owned in Florida. He had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. Mr. Wilbur is survived by his children; Kathy Kozar (Joe), Janet and George (Mary). He was blessed with three grandsons and two great granddaughters. Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Thursday 11:00 am at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 1500 Marian Rd. Abington, PA where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am until Mass time.
